Lead Stages Tab

the lead stages tab gives you full visibility into a prospect’s progress through your lead pipeline it combines a visual path of the decision tree, a breakdown of required stage items, and a full history of stage changes lead stages path the lead stages path is a visual map that shows where the prospect currently sits in your decision tree and how they got there each stage they’ve passed through is highlighted, and upcoming stages remain greyed out this view helps admissions advisors quickly understand a prospect’s overall progress at a glance without needing to check each stage manually lead stages this section shows the current and previously completed stages, along with any required items for each one you can see the status of each stage (e g , not completed or completed) a list of required items (like tasks or checkboxes) that must be finished before the prospect can move forward a way to view details , check off items, or add notes once all required items in a stage are completed, the status will automatically update to completed you can then either click set next stage to continue or manually adjust the stage using the more actions dropdown these options offer flexibility and control over managing your admissions pipeline while ensuring progress is clearly tracked lead stage changes at the bottom of the tab, the lead stage changes section displays a full log of all stage transitions each entry includes the date and time the stage was set the stage name any reason or note added when the change was made this section is useful for keeping track of a prospect’s timeline and understanding the context behind their movement from one stage to another it ensures full transparency and accountability across your admissions team
