Activity Tab

the activity tab keeps a detailed log of all interactions and actions related to a prospect it includes emails, form submissions, contract activity, and other tracked communication each entry displays the type of activity, description, date, result (such as email opened), and which user performed the action this area is helpful for reviewing the prospect’s history, confirming if documents were received, or checking when follow up communication last occurred add note you can add internal notes by clicking add note at the top of the activity tab these notes are only visible to staff and are a great way to document conversations, reminders, or anything else that helps your team stay coordinated notes added here will also appear under the notes section of the prospect profile more actions the more actions dropdown lets you quickly take action directly from the activity tab, such as sending emails or sms messages, adding events, or progressing a prospect through lead stages all of these same options are also available from the activity feed , which is where admissions advisors and other staff are more likely to interact with them during daily follow up and communication for a full explanation of each option—including how they work and when to use them—see the activity feed docid\ xjwal0djcqpqu3avncpc3 section of this guide
