The Course Marketplace serves as a platform where students can browse and sign up for courses. It is important to note that the marketplace entries are not the actual courses themselves but act as containers. When a course is linked to a real course in ampEducator, students who enroll through the Course Marketplace are granted access to the actual course within the system. This allows for a seamless connection between the marketplace and the real courses.

Key Features include:

  • Automated Enrollment – Students can register for courses directly through the marketplace, eliminating manual processing.
  • Continuous Enrollment – Self-paced or open-entry courses allow students to enroll and start learning immediately, without waiting for approval.
  • Customizable Interface – Schools can tailor the marketplace’s appearance and settings to align with their branding and operational needs.
  • Integrated Communication – Easily share course offerings and enrollment links through various communication channels.

Course Marketplace Tabs

The Course Marketplace is organized into three main tabs, each serving a specific function:

  • Marketplace Courses – Create and manage the courses available for enrollment. Add new courses, edit course details, set enrollment options, and track student enrollments.
  • Enrollment Requests – View and manage student registration requests. Approve or deny enrollments, check payment status, and oversee the enrollment process.
  • Config – Set up and customize the Course Marketplace. Enable the marketplace, configure categories, manage promo codes, and adjust marketplace settings.
