  • Verify Students – Existing students can also use the Course Marketplace to enroll in courses by entering their Student Assigned ID. If the Verify Students option is set to Yes, an email will be sent to the address listed in the student’s profile, asking them to verify their identity. Once verified, the enrollment will be linked to that student, ensuring accurate and authentic registrations while preventing duplicates or errors.
  • With Request Info – Enables a Request Info button on the Course Marketplace, allowing prospective students to inquire about courses before enrolling. When enabled, a dropdown menu appears where you must select a pre-created form that students will complete when they click the button.
  • With Opt-In – Allows students to consent to receiving email and SMS communications from your institution during enrollment. When enabled, an Opt-In Text box appears where you can enter a message explaining what students are agreeing to.
  • Email Notifications – Select which staff members will receive email notifications when a student submits an enrollment request.
