Completing Programs

checking eligibility for program completion there are two ways to check a student’s eligibility for program completion by reviewing an individual student’s progress or by filtering all students enrolled in a program below are the steps for both methods by individual student to check an individual student’s eligibility, navigate to student profile / academics / programs / audit student program here you can view the student’s progress if the student has completed the required components, a green 'eligible' box will appear next to their credential status once confirmed, you can proceed with completing the student’s program by program to check eligibility for all students in a program, navigate program profile / students , and filter by 'eligible' in the 'credential status' dropdown to view all eligible students completing a student’s program once a student is confirmed as eligible, go to the student profile / academics / programs then, click the complete student icon to finalize their program here, you can override the final grade and attendance if needed, and award the credential by checking the appropriate box after completing the necessary details, add a complete date and click complete to finalize the program a popup will appear confirming the completion of the program and, if applicable, the awarding of the credential video walkthrough checking eligibility and completing a student's program
