Enrolling Students into Programs

Enrolling students into a program in ampEducator can be done either individually or in bulk, depending on your needs.

To enroll an individual student, go to Student / Academics / Programs. Here, you can select the program, academic session, and intake for the student. If the program includes courses that align with the session and location, you’ll be able to select courses as well. Once you’ve entered the necessary details, click Enroll Student to complete the process. This method allows you to customize the enrollment for each student, ensuring they’re placed into the correct program and courses.

For enrolling multiple students at once, select the students from the Student List and click More Actions / Enroll in Program. Choose the program and session for the group, and once you’ve entered the required information, click Enroll to finalize the enrollment for all selected students. This method is ideal for efficiently enrolling large groups into the same program at once.
