Assigning Admissions Advisors
In ampEducator, Admissions Advisors can be assigned to Prospects either manually or using the Round Robin automation feature—depending on how your institution prefers to manage new leads.
- Manual Assignment An Admin can assign Advisors manually or set a default Admissions Advisor for all new Prospects. This is helpful when assignments follow a central workflow or when Round Robin is not in use. See Institution Config / Prospects / Advisors.
- Round Robin Assignment Prospects are automatically distributed to Advisors based on pre-set rules, such as Program of Interest, Country of Origin, or Campus Location. This ensures fair and efficient automatic assignment. See Institution Config / Prospects / Round Robin.
Once configured, either approach ensures that each new Prospect is matched with an Advisor for follow-up and conversion.
