Adding New Prospects
There are multiple ways to bring new Prospects into your system, making it easy to manage and engage with them from the start. You can add Prospects manually, integrate webforms from your website and other platforms to capture their information automatically, import them in bulk using a CSV file, or convert Agency submissions into Prospects.
You can easily add new Prospects manually. Once a new Prospect is added, they are automatically placed in the Lead stage.
As you add a new prospect, ampEducator automatically checks for duplicate records while you type. This helps prevent creating duplicate profiles. If a potential duplicate is found, you can compare the information, such as names and contact details, to ensure they’re not the same person.
With ampEducator, you can add new prospects automatically from integrated webforms such as your website, social media, third-party vendors, or application forms via API. These customizable forms can include fields for essential information such as names, contact details, and specific interests. Once completed, the information is sent directly to your ampEducator account as new leads, streamlining the process of adding prospects to your system and enhancing your outreach efforts.
For more information on setting up these forms and managing leads, check out our Lead Provider Guides or feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] or start a support ticket.
If you need to add multiple prospects at once, importing a CSV file is the most efficient method. Go to Home / Imports / More Actions / Import Prospects for more information and to import your file. If you need some assistance, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] or start a support ticket for assistance.
If you work with agencies, they can submit leads directly into ampEducator. These submissions will show up as "Lead Submissions," where you can review and convert them into prospects. Once converted, they will appear on the Prospects List as Leads.
