Agent Submissions

the agent submissions tab under prospects allows you to view all new prospects submitted by agents this is where you can quickly review, verify, and create full prospect profiles from the submissions that agents have entered through the agent portal or through assigned forms each submission includes prospect the name, email, and phone number submitted added age how recently the submission was made agent the name of the agent or agency who submitted the prospect expected program the program the prospect is interested in (if provided) expected session the session the prospect is targeting (if provided) expected intake the intake group, if applicable you’ll also see two quick action icons next to each submission view agent submission and convert agent submission viewing agent submissions click the view agent submission icon to open the full prospect profile submitted by the agent this view shows the complete prospect profile, with whatever information the agent entered at the bottom of the profile, you’ll also see a notes section, showing any notes submitted by the agent a documents section, listing any files uploaded with the submission the sections and fields displayed depend entirely on what the agent provided converting agent submissions to prospects click the convert agent submission icon to start creating a prospect profile from the agent’s submission this opens a window where you can review and adjust important details before finalizing student confirm the prospect’s name, email, and phone number agent confirm the agent who submitted the prospect duplicates ampeducator will automatically check for any duplicate records based on the prospect’s information student assigned id (optional) enter an internal student id if needed admin advisor assign confirm or change the assigned admissions advisor override admin advisor if enabled, you can manually select a different advisor location choose the campus or location to assign the prospect to tag (optional) apply a tag for easier filtering or tracking later when you're ready, click convert to prospect once converted the submission will disappear from the agent submissions list the new prospect will appear in your prospects list with a lead status
