Student Usage

the student usage section shows a daily breakdown of student enrollment and billing activity for your institution it helps you keep track of how many students are enrolled each day, how many are billable, and how those numbers affect your fees you can use this page to verify billing amounts, check for fluctuations in enrollment, or export records for your own tracking what is a billable student? you can have as many students and prospects in the system as you like—there’s no limit ampeducator only considers a student billable if they are currently enrolled in at least one course this means the student must have an 'enrolled' status in a course to be counted toward your billable usage view billable students click the green view billable students button to see a list of students that are currently considered billable this list shows each student’s name, location, status, current session, and enrolled courses you can filter the list by location, status, or session download a daily usage report (pdf) if you'd like a downloadable summary of your student usage activity, click more actions and select generate report this will download a pdf report that includes all the same daily information shown on the page—ideal for internal tracking or archiving
