Journal

Within each Student’s Accounts section, the Journal provides a detailed record of all financial activity, including payments, charges, invoices, adjustments, refunds, and commissions. This section serves as a ledger, tracking both money coming in and going out, ensuring a complete financial history for the Student. It helps maintain transparency and accurate accounting by documenting every transaction linked to the Student’s account.
