Commissions
The Commissions section in the Student profile displays any commissions allocated to agents or agencies. This includes key details such as the agent, date, amount, balance, and payment status, helping to track commission payments and outstanding balances related to Student enrollments.
Any commissions added to invoices will automatically appear here, ensuring they are properly linked to the related payments. Alternatively, you can manually add commissions in this section if they were not included during the invoice creation process, providing flexibility in commission management.

To manually add a commission, click New Commission to open the modal.

To manually add a commission, click New Commission to open the modal. From here, select the Agent, enter the Date, and add a Description for the commission.Next, choose the Calculation Method from the dropdown menu, selecting either Percentage or Fixed.

If you choose Percentage, enter the Rate %, and the system will automatically calculate the commission amount based on the revenue. If you choose Fixed, enter the amount directly. You can also add notes if needed.
Once added, the commission will appear in the list with a status of Payable until it is processed.

In the Commissions section of a Student’s profile, any commission with a Payable status will have a Pay Commission quick action icon next to it. Click this icon to record the payment.

A New Commission Payment modal will appear, pre-filled with the Agent’s name, current date, and full amount owed. Select the Payment Account, add a description, and include any optional notes. Click Add to record the payment in the system.

If the full commission amount has been recorded, the status will automatically update to Paid.

Note: This action does not process an actual payment but records it for tracking purposes.
You can quickly view basic commission details by clicking the expansion (+) button, which displays payment information at a glance.

For a more detailed breakdown, click the View Commission (magnifying) icon next to the comission. This will show all relevant commission details, including the associated Student, Agent, Invoice, Revenue, Calculation Method, Payment History, and Journal Entries, providing a complete financial record.

Next to each commission on the Comissions list, there are quick action icons that allow you to view, edit, or delete a commission. These shortcuts make it easy to manage commission details efficiently.
