account activity overview the account activity section provides a detailed running total of all transactions for the student account, organized by date this section allows you to track financial activity at a glance and manage transactions efficiently account activity shortcuts several shortcuts are available to quickly access key financial actions new payment – log a new payment instantly more actions – access additional financial tasks such as generating statements, creating charges, making adjustments, adding funding, generating invoices, and processing refunds quick action icons – located next to each transaction, these icons allow you to view, edit, email, download, or delete records, depending on the transaction type filter, export, and refresh the toolbar at the top right of the account activity section allows you to filter data, export records in formats such as pdf, csv, or xml, and refresh the page to ensure all transactions are up to date
