User Jobs
the user jobs section allows you to track background tasks you’ve initiated in ampeducator, such as sending account details, restoring or canceling courses, recalculating student totals, or adding courses each job displays the type of action performed, the user who started it, the start and end time, and the current status user jobs run through a queueing system , with tasks processed one at a time to improve performance and reduce system load while a job is running, a progress bar and completion percentage appear, allowing you to monitor its progress and see when a job has finished viewing jobs by default, the user jobs list displays the jobs you initiated when you log in this makes it easy to review your recent actions without needing to apply any filters if available, the user jobs filter can be used to adjust what’s shown in the list, allowing you to view jobs based on your permissions visibility options also help reduce clutter by keeping system level jobs hidden unless they’re needed viewing job details click the view job icon (magnifying glass) to open a detailed log for a specific task the job details include the job type, title, location, user who ran it, start and end times, and the current status below this information, you’ll see a detailed breakdown of what occurred during the job, such as which staff or students were included, what actions were processed, and a confirmation summary indicating whether the task completed successfully this information is helpful for verifying results or troubleshooting if something didn’t go as expected deleting completed jobs once a job has completed, you can click the delete job icon (x) to remove it from the list deleting a job does not affect the completed action—it simply removes the job from your view
