Tracking and Viewing Contracts

contract status you can easily monitor the status of a contract’s digital signatures in the student’s profile, navigate to the contracts tab to see all contracts listed, along with their current status the status will clearly indicate whether a contract is pending waiting to be generated or sent digital pending the contract has been sent for a digital signature and is awaiting completion signed digital the contract has been fully signed and is finalized signed uploaded a manually uploaded signed copy is on file view contract progress and activity to monitor the signature progress and review any activity associated with a contract, simply click the view contract (magnifying) icon next to it this will display detailed information, including which recipients have signed, who still needs to sign, and a comprehensive timeline of all contract related actions viewing the digital signature certificate once a contract has been signed by all parties, you can download its certificate by clicking the view contract (magnifying) icon next to it scroll to the bottom of the contract details section and select the signature certificate document it will automatically download to your device the digital signature certificate provides a verified record of the electronic signatures applied to the contract, along with the timestamp and signer details below is an example of what the certificate includes and how it appears view all contracts status tracking tab to view all contracts, go to home / contracts , then click on the status tracking tab this tab shows a comprehensive list of all contracts and their current statuses from here, you can perform the same actions available in a student's profile editing, viewing, generating, signing, or deleting contracts, depending on their status from this view, you can use the search bar, apply filters to narrow down contracts by criteria such as location, status, date range, program, program status, and student details (e g , name or id), or export the contract data
