the summary tab provides a high level financial snapshot of the institution, offering key insights into revenue, accounts receivable, and payment plans this tab consolidates essential financial data in one place, allowing users to quickly assess the institution’s financial standing and track outstanding balances from here, users can review aged receivables, monitor payment plans, and gain a comprehensive view of financial activity to support informed decision making revenue summary when you open the accounts section, the revenue summary is the first section displayed in the summary tab this section provides an overview of revenue trends across different periods and locations, helping you track financial performance over time revenue is organized by total to date, year to date, last 30 days, last 60 days, and last 90 days , with each period showing revenue separately for all configured locations and a total at the top additional columns display insights such as revenue amounts, percentage contributions, comparisons to the previous year, and percentage changes at the bottom, the top 3 programs and top 3 courses boxes highlight the highest revenue generating offerings over the last 365 days , giving you a quick snapshot of the most financially impactful courses and programs this section helps you monitor revenue trends, compare financial performance, and identify fluctuations at a glance account receivables summary the accounts receivable summary provides an overview of outstanding balances owed to the institution this section helps you track unpaid invoices and monitor overdue amounts to manage collections effectively it includes totals for current due balances , along with amounts overdue by 30, 60, and 90+ days you'll also see the total balance and any unapplied payments , which represent payments received but not yet applied to specific invoices this section gives you a clear snapshot of receivables, making it easier to track outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments account receivables aged this section expands on the accounts receivable summary by displaying outstanding balances for individual students, categorized by current, 30 days, 60 days, and 90 days past due you can press the expansion (+) button next to a student’s name to see a detailed list of their invoices or charges, including amounts, due dates, status, and age of the balance for further details, press the magnifying button next to an invoice to view it in full this section provides a clear breakdown of overdue payments, making it easier to track and manage receivables payment plans summary the payment plans summary provides an overview of outstanding balances specifically related to payment plans this section helps you track scheduled payments, monitor overdue amounts, and manage outstanding balances tied to active payment plans it includes totals for current due balances , along with amounts overdue by 30, 60, and 90+ days the total balance reflects all outstanding amounts across payment plans this section ensures you have a clear snapshot of payment plan activity, making it easier to follow up on overdue payments and manage scheduled payments effectively payment plans aged the payment plans aged section provides a detailed breakdown of students with outstanding balances on their payment plans this section helps you track overdue amounts and monitor payment progress you can click the expansion (+) button next to a student’s name to view a detailed list of their payment plans, including both outstanding and fully paid plans this section ensures you have a clear view of payment plan activity, making it easier to manage balances and track payment history accounts summary the accounts summary provides a detailed breakdown of financial accounts, tracking debits, credits, and balances for various payment methods, revenue sources, and liabilities this section helps you monitor financial activity at a glance and ensures accurate tracking of funds across different categories each entry includes code & name – identifies the account type, such as payment methods (visa, mastercard, direct deposit), accounts receivable, taxes, tuition, and other revenue or expense categories debits & credits – displays amounts received (debits) and applied (credits) for each account balance – shows the remaining balance for each account, indicating whether it is a debit (dr) or credit (cr) balance this section provides a clear financial overview, helping you track where funds are coming from and how they are applied
