Students Tab

The Students tab provides an overview of all students enrolled in the course. From here, you can manage student enrollment, view detailed summaries of their grades and attendance, and add Students to Groups.

Here are the key features:

  • Enrollment: To enroll a Student, simply click the 'Enroll Student' button. This allows you to add a Student to the course, ensuring they are properly registered and tracked within the system.
  • Groups: You can add Students to new or existing Groups for easier communication and bulk actions. Grouping Students helps you efficiently manage interactions and notifications, especially for larger classes.
  • Student Overview: On the Student list, you can track important details such as the Student’s status, the percentage of course content they've completed, their attendance status, absences, consecutive absences, lateness, total hours, grades, and final percentage. This helps you monitor each Student's progress throughout the course.
  • Completion Icon: The 'Complete Student' icon is used to mark a Student as complete, typically once all requirements are finished. This action will assign their final grade, which can then be included on their transcript.
  • Course Content Icon: The 'View Course Content' icon displays a list of the course content the Student has completed and what’s still pending, providing an easy way to track their progress.
  • Email Notification Icon: The 'Email Notification' icon provides a quick way to notify Students about any changes to their status or grade. This feature sends a summary of the course information, attendance, and grades directly to the Student.

By utilizing these features, you can efficiently manage Students and track their progress throughout the course.
