Student Academic Status and Reports

The Student Academic Status feature in ampEducator allows you to track and monitor student performance by session, program, and overall. Each student is given a status—either "Good," "Marginal," or "Review"—based on their academic performance, determined by either their GPA or percentage. This helps identify students who may need additional support.

You can set thresholds for each status, and the system will automatically flag students who fall below these thresholds. The "Academic Status" column in the Student List provides a quick overview, and detailed information is available by clicking on the status. Additionally, reports can be generated, edited, and scheduled to track student progress and automatically notify staff and students as needed.
