Resources
Resources are optional but helpful items that can be linked to Attendance events—for example, a specific room, piece of equipment, or area needed for the session. These can be set up in Institution Config / Resources and are organized by Location. Once added, they’ll be available to select when creating Attendance Events, helping you better manage availability and scheduling of shared spaces or specialized tools.

To add a new resource, click New Resource.

Enter a Resource Name and select the Location it belongs to. Once added, the resource will appear in the list and can be used when setting up attendance or scheduling-related activities.
