Student Academics Tab
Programs
this section displays any programs the student is enrolled in, along with a summary of their progress—including status, attendance, grades, and credits you’ll also see which program is marked as the primary program and whether the student is currently eligible for completion or graduation note before enrolling students in a program, ensure that the program is properly configured and available for the student's location for instructions on configuring programs, please see the programs overview docid\ qi6ccl8esqriged 73mlj section of the guide enrolling students to a program when you click enroll in program , a modal appears where you can enter all the necessary details to enroll the student into a program you’ll need to select the program the student is enrolling into starting academic session program intake (if applicable) program enroll date and program start date (both required) expected end date – this will automatically fill in based on the duration configured in the program settings sub status (if used by your institution) whether this is the primary program for the student options to charge program fees and/or course fees at the time of enrollment as you begin selecting the academic session and program , any available program courses will appear at the bottom of the modal you can choose to enroll the student in those courses at the same time by checking the box beside each one once everything is complete, click enroll student to finalize the enrollment note if you need to enroll multiple students into the same program at once, you can do this in bulk from the students list using the more actions docid\ lqggpq7lw9sp6qoaba5qo menu auditing a student's program you can click the audit student program icon to view a full audit of the student’s progress this opens a detailed modal that includes program details such as session, intake, dates, hours, attendance, grades, academic status, and whether the credential has been awarded program status changes showing any updates to the program’s status and who made them a breakdown of program courses , showing required credits, course completion, and the student’s progress toward meeting requirements if the program is configured with a credential , and all required components are complete, the credential status will show as eligible you’ll also see a total credits summary at the bottom, making it easy to confirm that all program requirements have been met completing a student's program clicking the complete student icon next to a program allows you to officially mark the program as complete for the student—typically when they’ve successfully finished all requirements and are eligible to receive their credential the completion modal displays a full summary of the student’s academic progress, including attendance, grades, hours, and credits if all required components are met and the credential status shows as eligible , you can proceed with awarding the credential and finalizing the program however, this process can also be used for students whose program is ending but who did not meet all the requirements—for example, if they are not continuing or did not meet academic thresholds available options in the modal include award credential check this if the student is eligible and you want the credential to appear on their transcript final override enter a custom final grade (%) and reason, if needed attendance override enter a custom attendance and late percentage with a reason, if needed complete date (required) the official program completion or end date sub status (optional) choose a sub status if your institution uses them for tracking (e g , incomplete, withdrew) notes add any additional context or internal comments after filling in the relevant fields, click complete to finalize the program if a credential is awarded, it will appear under credentials earned and be visible on the student’s transcript once the program is completed the status will change to completed if a credential was awarded, it will be listed under credentials earned the completed program and credential will appear on the student's transcript withdrawing or deleting a student's program if a student is leaving a program early, you can choose to either withdraw them or delete the program from their record entirely withdraw keeps a record of the program and its status for future reference you can customize withdrawal reasons under reasons docid 9qp5vcrrljd2edzhur2s5 delete completely removes the program from the student's profile and cannot be undone to begin, click the withdraw student icon next to the program you want to remove or withdraw from if you select withdraw from program as the withdraw type , you’ll be prompted to enter withdraw date (required) withdraw reason – choose from ap academic performance pr personal reasons sub status – optional label such as academic or personal reverse fees – choose whether to do nothing (no) reverse charges reverse invoice notes – optional field for internal comments click withdraw to save if you select delete program record , the program will be completely removed from the student's profile the only option shown here is reverse fees – choose whether to reverse charges or invoices important deleted programs are not recoverable and will no longer appear anywhere on the student’s record
