Processing Enrollment Requests
the enrollment requests tab provides an overview of all student enrollments and requests across all courses in the course marketplace this allows you to manage enrollments from one central location without navigating to each individual course the columns in this section include date – the date the enrollment request was submitted course – the marketplace course the student applied for requested by – the name and contact details of the person who submitted the request student – the name and details of the student applying for the course status – displays the current enrollment status ( requested or enrolled ) waitlist – indicates if the student has been placed on a waitlist payment – shows the payment status ( n/a for free courses, pending , paid , or error ) you can process enrollment requests using the quick action icons to the right of each request viewing enrollment requests click the view enrollment icon to see request details this opens a modal showing the course, enrollment status, student contact information, and payment status if the student already exists in the system and their student id or email matches, the request automatically merges with the existing student record if no match is found, a new record is created based on the course’s enrollment method and enrollment student action configured in the creating marketplace courses (marketplace courses tab) docid 8n9if20f57nvtj zviczn at the bottom of the modal, the enrollment log tracks all actions related to the request, such as status updates and processing history editing enrollment requests click the edit enrollment icon to update an existing request this opens a modal where you can change the enrollment status to either requested or enrolled and update the associated status date you can also adjust the payment status and update the payment status date accordingly additionally, there is a notes field where you can add any internal comments about the enrollment request once your changes are made, click update enrollment to save them enrolling students click the enroll student icon to finalize a request this opens the enroll student modal where you can complete the enrollment process show courses from – choose linked courses or search courses if search courses is selected, additional fields appear, including course location , academic session , and course enroll date – select the student’s enrollment start date auto complete – options none , by course weeks , by manual date , or by all grades entered charge method – options none , charge account , or invoice account select fees , promo code , send auto replies , and notes are also available as needed click enroll to confirm deleting enrollment requests click the delete enrollment icon to remove a request from the system when you do this, a confirmation message will appear asking if you are sure you want to delete the item you must click confirm to proceed or cancel to go back once confirmed, the request will be removed unless restored later this should only be used if the request was submitted in error or is no longer valid restoring enrollment requests if an enrollment request or student enrollment is deleted by mistake, you can restore it to do this, change the status filter at the top of the enrollment requests tab to deleted this will display all removed requests from there, click the restore enrollment icon next to the one you want to recover, and it will reappear in the list with the original details
