Portal
in institution config / students / portal , you can control what students see and do within the student portal these settings let you tailor the portal experience to your institution’s needs previously, there was a separate option to enable or disable show hours this has now been removed — since all institutions that used hours also had attendance enabled, both areas are now linked enabling show attendance will automatically display hours as well student portal settings you can choose whether to enable the following options can edit profile – allows students to update their contact details, such as address, phone number, and email send edit notification – sends a notification to staff when a student updates their profile when enabled, a send notification to dropdown appears so you can select which staff member receives the alert show attendance – displays attendance records (including hours if applicable) completed courses – shows a list of the student’s completed courses id card – adds a tab where students can view their digital student id card click save to apply your selections
