Portal

In Institution Config / Students / Portal, you can control what Students see and do within the Student Portal. These settings allow you to tailor the portal experience based on your institution’s preferences.

Student Portal Settings

You can choose whether to enable the following:

  • Can Edit Profile – Allows Students to update their contact details, such as address, phone number, and email.
  • Send Edit Notification – Sends a notification to staff when a Student updates their profile.
    • When this is checked, a Send Notification To dropdown will appear, allowing you to choose the staff member who should receive the alert.
  • Show Attendance – Displays their attendance records.
  • Show Hours – Displays sign-in and sign-out times, especially helpful for schools using Hour Clocks.
  • Completed Courses – Shows a list of their completed courses.
  • ID Card – Adds a tab in the portal where Students can view their digital Student ID card.

Click Save to apply your selections.
