Preparing Your CSV File

Before importing, you must create a CSV (comma-separated values) file that follows the required format:

  • The first row of the CSV file should contain the field names exactly as specified.
  • Required fields are marked with a red star in the system’s field guide (these do not need to be included in the column name).
  • In addition to required fields, you can include optional fields to provide more detailed data.
  • The maximum file size for an import is 250MB.
  • Ensure data is formatted correctly to match ampEducator’s requirements.
