Documents

The Documents section is where you can upload and manage all course-related files, whether for instructor use or for student access.

There are three main ways to utilize this feature:

  1. Instructor-Only Documents: Upload course materials that only instructors need to access, such as teaching guides, internal notes, or any other content not meant for student viewing. This is a secure space for instructors to store documents they need for planning and managing the course.
  2. Student Access Documents: If course content isn’t enabled, you can upload all documents for the course here and choose to make them accessible to students by checking the Student Access box. This allows students to easily view and download the course materials directly from this section.
  3. Course Content Documents: If you have course content enabled, any documents you add to the course content can also be displayed in the Documents section. This gives students an organized view of key course materials, with easy access to all documents related to the course, separate from the rest of the course content.

By using these features, you can keep documents organized, easily accessible for students, and securely stored for instructors.
