Account Summary

at the top of the student account tab, you’ll find an account summary of the student’s financial status amounts are color coded for clarity— red indicates outstanding balances, while green represents paid amounts, credits, or a zero balance if the student has estimated invoices, a projected balance will also appear this reflects the student’s current balance plus any docid\ byodvwi5cdb5okzhx73t4 amounts the account summary is divided into three sections account – displays the total balance and any overdue amounts, categorized as 30, 60, or 90+ days past due the unapplied payments field shows payments received but not yet applied to specific charges or invoices payment plan – shows balances related to active payment plans, including overdue amounts funding – reflects any financial aid, scholarships, or other funding applied to the account a recalculate balances button is also available to refresh transactions if any updates are not reflected due to out of order operations
