Commissions

The Commissions section provides a complete record of all commission-related transactions. This includes commissions associated with student enrollments, payments, and agency agreements. From here, you can track outstanding commissions, review payments made to agents, and manually create new commission records when needed.

Commissions Section

The Commissions section displays a list of commissionable invoices linked to agency payments. Each entry includes details such as the agent, student, invoice number, date, amount, balance, and payment status.

Invoices that have a yellow box in the Invoice column indicate that the invoice is configured for commissions to be deducted directly from the agency’s payment. This ensures that commissions are automatically calculated and applied when processing payments.

In addition to viewing commissions, you can also manually create a new commission by clicking the New Commission button at the top of the section.

Comission Payments Section

The Commission Payments section tracks payments made to agencies and agents, displaying details such as the payment date, amount, account, agent, and associated commission ID. This allows for accurate tracking of commission payouts over time.

You can also manually add a commission payment by clicking the New Commission Payment button at the top of this section.

Both sections include options to search, filter, and export data using the toolbar in the top right, making it easy to locate specific transactions and generate reports as needed.

Commissions Quick Actions

Both the Commissions and Commission Payments sections include quick action icons that allow you to manage records efficiently.

For both sections, you can:

  • View – Opens a modal displaying details about the commission or commission payment.
  • Edit – Allows you to update details such as the due date, description, amount, or payment account.
  • Delete – Removes the commission or commission payment from the system.

Additionally, in the Commissions section, a New Commission Payment icon appears only for commissions that have not yet been paid, allowing you to process the payment directly.
