Transcripts, Schedules, and Academic History
The 'More Actions' button in the Student Courses section has three useful functions:
- Generate Transcript
- View / Print Schedule
- View Academic History
Note: There is a built-in general template that covers basic transcript needs. However, you can customize and configure additional templates to suit your specific requirements by going to Institution Config / Transcripts.
There are two ways to generate Transcripts for Students:
- Individual Transcripts: Go to the Student Profile / Academics / Courses / More Actions. Here, you can select the Transcript type, issue date, and template. You can then download the Transcript as a PDF, save it to Documents (with or without Student access via the Student Portal), or email it directly to the Student (with the option to cc yourself).
- Multiple Transcripts: From the Student List, select multiple Students / More Actions / Generate Transcripts. Select the Transcript template and issue date, and choose from output options like a single Zip file, single PDF file, or save to Student Documents (with or without Student access via the Student Portal).
You can view or print a copy of the schedule associated with the Student’s enrolled course(s) by week . Clicking on the calendar allows you to view different weeks, and 'Print PDF' will download a PDF version of the schedule. If you don't see any courses on the calendar, ensure the course schedule is added and that the course's start and end dates align with the week you're viewing. The schedule is also useful for adding course attendance events.
The Academic History is an on-screen transcript summary that displays all the courses and programs a Student has attempted at your institution. Depending on the Student’s status in programs or courses and the outcomes applied, different data will be shown.
