This section allows you to set up support email addresses for different types of student inquiries. When students request help, they can choose from three categories: **Academic, Financial, or Other**. The emails you enter here will determine where each type of request is sent.

You can also customize the **subject line** that appears when a student submits a support request under each category. This helps your team filter and organize support emails more efficiently.
