Sources
In Institution Config / Prospects / Sources, you can create and organize Lead Sources to track where your Prospects are coming from. While some default sources are included, you can easily add your own—like specific social media platforms or events—for better reporting and filtering in the Prospect List.

To begin, click New Lead Source Category to create a category such as Social Media, Events, or Referrals.

Once you’ve added a category, click the New Lead Source icon beside it to add specific lead sources—for example, Instagram, Open House 2025, or Alumni Referral.

When adding a new lead source, you’ll be prompted to fill out the Lead Source Code, Lead Source name, and optionally include a Cost and Cost Per value. The Cost Per dropdown lets you define whether the cost is per lead, day, week, or month, helping you track marketing expenses more accurately if needed.

Keeping this list organized helps ensure more accurate reporting and gives you a clearer picture of which channels are bringing in the most Prospects.
