Student Academics Tab
Sessions
this section displays all the academic sessions the student is or has been enrolled in for each session, you’ll see a summary of their academic progress and attendance for that term, along with a cumulative row at the bottom that totals across all sessions this view helps track how a student is performing over time before you can assign a session to a student, academic sessions must be set up for your institution to create or manage these, go to academic sessions docid jic0ikaqyulvptwghf5c there, you can define the name, dates, and structure of each session (e g , semesters, terms, or continuous enrollment) adding a new academic session to assign a session to a student, click the add session button a modal will appear where you can select the academic session enter a registration date (required) choose whether to make current session set the charge fees option, if applicable add any notes once complete, click add session to save alternatively, if the session has already been added to the student’s sessions list, you can simply click the checkmark icon beside it to mark it as the current session if you need to assign the same academic session to multiple students at once, go to the students list and use the more actions docid\ lqggpq7lw9sp6qoaba5qo option to perform the action in bulk
