The Reports section is where you can generate, schedule, and export reports. It includes a wide range of pre-built reports organized by category, along with a Report Builder for creating custom reports tailored to your institution. You can adjust parameters (such as location, year, session, or student status), multi-select where supported, and export results in different formats.

**Categories you’ll find include:**

- **Institution Custom** – saved custom reports created with the Report Builder.
- **Academics** – course and grade-related reporting.
- **Admissions / Recruitment** – insights into prospective student activity.
- **Alumni / Outcomes** – tracking outcomes and graduate data.
- **Attendance / Engagement** – attendance and participation reporting.
- **Compliance **– compliance reports for regulatory requirements.
- **Enrollment / Registrar** – registrar and enrollment data.
- **Finance / Bursar** – student account and financial reports.

From here, you can open a category to see available reports, run them immediately, or use quick action icons to view, export, email, or schedule recurring runs.

The [Report Builder](docId:6CX525UnBJj6i0bG_FGUB) allows users with experience in report creation to build custom reports by selecting data sources, applying conditions, and organizing results. Since creating complex reports requires a solid understanding of database structures, ampEducator staff can assist with building custom reports if needed.
