Reactivating a Disabled User Account

When a user attempts to log in to ampEducator, the system checks the validity of the username or email and password. Because passwords are case-sensitive, entering the wrong password three times will disable the user's account. Only an Admin or Location Admin can reactivate a disabled account. After reactivation, the user will be able to log in again using their credentials.

These changes can be made in the Staff or Student's Profile within the User section.
