Reactivating a Disabled User Account
when a user attempts to log in to ampeducator, the system checks the validity of their username or email and password because passwords are case sensitive, entering the wrong password three times will disable the user's account only an admin or location admin can reactivate a disabled account once reactivated, the user will be able to log in again using their credentials you can reactivate a disabled account from either the student or staff profile to reactivate the account go to the user’s profile (staff or student) click on the user section locate the user status dropdown — it will say disabled if the account is locked change the status to active resetting a user's password while you're in the user section of the profile, you can enter a new password manually alternatively, go to the staff or student list, find the user, and click the password reset icon next to their name to send a reset link to their personal email video walkthrough reactivating a disabled user account
