Online Payments / Credit Cards
In ampEducator, online payments streamline the process of collecting fees from Students using various secure Merchant Gateways. Users can process payments in multiple ways, such as through forms, profiles, student portals, and agent portals, ensuring flexibility for everyone involved. Payment gateway vaults securely store credit cards (no card information is stored in ampEducator) and allow for recurring billing through Payment Plans.
Currently, ampEducator supports several payment options, including:

If you're going to store credit card information for ongoing charges, it's important to have a signed credit card authorization form from the Student, granting permission for future transactions. This can be created under Home / Contracts in ampEducator for electronic signing.
