We’re excited to introduce the Student Academic Status feature, providing a new way to track students' academic performance. This feature allows you to monitor students by session, program, and overall status, making it easier to identify those who need extra support.
Key Features:
- A new Academic Status column under Students
- Status Flags:
- Good (above the threshold)
- Marginal (needs attention)
- Review (requires intervention)
- Click on Marginal or Review status to view detailed reasons
- New Reports to track status, with the option to send daily reports to staff (and students, if needed)
This update helps ensure timely support for students and makes tracking academic performance more efficient.

You can now easily duplicate a course using the new Course Copy icon. Once clicked, you can customize the new course by changing details such as the course name, session, location, start, and end dates.
Key Features:
- Customize the copied course with new details (name, session, location, dates, etc.)
- Choose to copy key elements like instructions, schedule, fees, prerequisites, grades, documents, and content
- Simplifies the process of replicating and managing courses
