The Monthly Plan section provides a summary of your current billing setup with ampEducator. It includes your base monthly rate, the number of included and billable students, storage usage, and any additional charges like digital signatures.

**Key Information**

- Fees are calculated daily, and billing occurs on the **1st of every month**.
- If you ever decide to cancel your account, simply email [support@ampeducator.com](mailto\:support@ampeducator.com).
- Your data always remains yours. Upon cancellation, you can request a full export of your database in either CSV or SQL format.
- All fees are shown in **Canadian dollars**, and required taxes will automatically be applied unless your account is marked as tax-exempt.

**Fields Explained**

- **Monthly Rate**: Your current base monthly fee.
- **Included Students**: Number of students included at no extra cost.
- **Per Student Rate**: Cost for each student beyond the included amount.
- **Enrolled Students**: Total students enrolled.
- **Billable Students**: Number of students you're billed for.
- **Estimated Daily Fee**: The current daily fee based on your usage.
- **Storage Used / Storage Limit**: Your current file storage amount and cap (in GB).
- **Monthly Bulk Count / Limit**: Track usage against your bulk email allowance.
- **Per Digital Sig Rate:** Cost per digital signature used.
- **Tax Exempt**: If applicable, you can indicate your tax-exempt status here.
