We’ve added some helpful updates for managing cancelled courses:
- Restore Cancelled Courses: Use the Restore icon to reactivate cancelled courses. This automatically reinstates the course and updates student statuses (e.g., re-enrolling students or marking withdrawn students as withdrawn).
- Student Status Reinstatement: When restoring a cancelled course, student enrollment statuses are restored to their previous state—students who were enrolled will be re-enrolled, and those withdrawn will be marked as withdrawn. Note: This reinstatement applies only to new courses going forward. Previously cancelled courses won’t have student statuses reinstated when restored.
- Updated Notifications: You can now add ‘Cancelled’ and ‘Restored’ statuses to both student and instructor notifications under Courses / Details. This ensures everyone is informed of course status changes.

We’ve made some exciting updates to ampEducator, giving you more flexibility and control over custom fields, contracts, and API integrations.
You can now manage Agent access to Student custom fields within Institution Config / Students / Custom. For each custom field, you can set the following access levels:
- No Access – The agent cannot view the field.
- View Access – The agent can see the field but cannot make changes.
- View/Update Access – The agent can both view and edit the field.
Contracts now support dedicated third-party fields for external stakeholders to complete during signing. The new field types include:
- Third Party Text
- Third Party Select List
- Third Party Checkbox
- Third Party Date
We’ve introduced new API calls for:
- Course Tests
- Course Discussions
- Student Tests
- Student Hour Clocks
