Managing and Customizing Prospect Profiles

ampEducator allows you to create Custom Fields in addition to the fixed fields, giving you the flexibility to personalize information as needed. Since Prospects and Students share the same table in the database, any Custom Fields created for Students will also appear in the Prospects section.

ampEducator includes a built-in checkbox for tracking International Prospects and Students, which can be found in the Admin section of the Prospect Profile. If a Prospect is a potential international student, you can indicate that here. Additionally, if your institution charges different fees for international students, you can create and assign an International Student fee class when creating your courses and programs.
