Journal Entries

ampEducator uses a double-entry bookkeeping system, meaning every transaction requires two equal and opposite entries: one debit and one credit. Debits are recorded on the left side, while credits are on the right. These transactions are stored in a Journal, with entries specific to each prospect accessible under their Journal Entries.

To review all journal entries, navigate to the Journal section under Home / Accounts / Journal. Please note that access to this section requires an Admin role.
