Hours
the hours section displays all logged hours for the student using the hour clock these hours can be recorded automatically if the student is using a configured hour clock, or added manually if needed this is useful for tracking practicum hours, work placements, or any program that requires time based reporting to enable hour tracking, hour clocks must first be configured under hour clocks docid\ sqtbzlcpu3hwlh7ontgeq at the top, you'll see the total hours to date , followed by a list of all recorded entries showing the date, time in and out, break and penalty minutes, and total hours managing hour clock entries viewing hour clock entries click the + icon to the left of any row to expand the entry and view more details expanded entries will show whether the time was logged using the hour clock the name of the staff member who last modified the entry the exact time the entry was last modified editing hour clock entries to make changes to an existing entry, click the edit icon this opens the edit student hours modal, where you can adjust the date , signed in , and signed out times select ignore hour clock to bypass clock rules and thresholds if needed view any available sign in or sign out images after making changes, click update hours to save deleting entries to delete an hour entry, click the delete icon next to the row you can also select multiple entries using the checkboxes and delete them in bulk using the more actions menu manually adding new hour clock entries to manually add a new hour record, click the green add hours button this opens a form where you can enter the date, time in, and time out, along with any break or penalty minutes once saved, the entry will be added to the list and included in the student’s total hours
