groups make it easy to send emails and sms messages to multiple students at once messages can be personalized, saved, and tracked—all from within the group group emails group emails allow you to communicate with all members of a group at once whether you're sending updates, reminders, or documents, you can create rich, personalized messages and track their delivery from start to finish creating and sending group emails in the emails section of the group, click create new email the email will appear in the emails list click the edit icon to open the edit email popup once open, you can craft your message using the rich text editor add images, attachments, or templates, and use the merge text button to include personalized fields if needed, you can enable the custom reply to option and enter a different email address for replies once finished, click save to keep it as a draft, preview to send yourself a test, or send to email the group to monitor delivery, refresh the page or check the user jobs docid\ xeua99s3 boscfcpyx3ol section viewing email delivery progress once you've sent an email to a group, you can track its delivery from the emails tab of the group each row shows summary stats for that email, including status (e g , completed) sent (how many were sent out of the total group) sent % , viewed % , clicks , and unsubscribes to see more detailed delivery information, click the view email (magnifying glass) icon next to the email this opens a breakdown that includes three sections top section displays subject line, send date, number of emails sent, views, clicks, and unsubscribes at a glance email log shows the background activity, including group details, send attempts, and any issues such as bounced emails or failed deliveries view by student gives a line by line report for each student, including their name, email address, delivery status (e g , sent, opened, bounced), and the number of views or clicks this breakdown makes it easy to identify problems like bounced emails, missing opt ins, or incorrect addresses so you can follow up if needed group sms text messages group sms messages offer a fast way to communicate with all members of a group by text you can create personalized messages, apply templates, preview before sending, and view delivery results all from the sms tab creating and sending sms messages in the sms section of the group, click new sms to create a new message it will appear in the sms list click the edit sms icon next to the message to open the edit sms popup once the popup opens, you'll see a simple message editor from here, you can type your message, apply a saved template, and use the merge text button to personalize with fields like first name or student id at the bottom, you’ll find a save button to keep the draft a send preview option where you can enter a mobile number to test the message a close button to exit without saving if you save the message without sending it, it will appear in the list with a pending status you can then use the icons beside the message to edit, send, or delete the message once you click the send icon, the system will begin delivering the message to each recipient keep in mind sms messages support plain text only—html formatting is stripped long links should be pasted in full (e g , http // ) messages over 160 characters may be split into multiple messages once you're ready, save and close the message, then click the send sms icon next to it to deliver it to the group viewing sms delivery progress once a message is sent, the sms tab will show the delivery status in real time each row includes status (e g , completed, sending, pending) sent and delivered totals delivery percentages to view a detailed breakdown, click the view sms icon next to the message this opens a delivery report with four sections at the top, the details section shows the message content, total recipients, sender information, and other basic message info next, the statistics section gives you an overview of how many messages were sent, how many were delivered, and the percentage delivered the list section displays only the students whose messages were successfully delivered, along with their name, mobile number, and delivery timestamp lastly, the log section highlights any delivery issues, such as invalid phone numbers or students who haven’t opted in to receive sms messages this breakdown gives you a clear view of delivery success and helps you follow up with any students who didn’t receive the message
