Agenda

Your Agenda will display upcoming events assigned to you, including general to-dos, prospect events, student events, and course-related tasks. These events are organized into the following categories:

  • Today
  • Next 7 Days
  • Late

You will also see a number in brackets next to each category, indicating how many events are in that section. This gives you an at-a-glance view of your tasks.

If you click on a Prospect or Student's name, you’ll be taken directly to their profile, where you can review their information or make any necessary updates.

Email Inbox

The Email Inbox on the Home Page displays your most recent emails, making it easy to stay on top of your communications. You can quickly view and reply to messages directly within ampEducator by simply clicking on any email.

Email Configuration

To ensure emails show up in your Email Inbox, you’ll first need to configure your email settings. Navigate to User Name / User Account / Email, where you can adjust your email settings.

By default, ampEducator allows you to send and receive emails to students directly through the platform. These emails will originate from your software email, which you can easily adjust in this section. All email exchanges between you and students will be captured in their profile for easy reference.

Additionally, you can set up an email forwarder to have emails from other addresses forwarded to your ampEducator inbox. In the Email Configuration section, you'll find an email address you can copy and paste to have emails forwarded from another email address, along with direct links to setup instructions for Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, and Yahoo.

Finally, if you prefer to email students from your own email account, your institution must configure a domain to enable this feature.

Announcements

The Announcements section shows the latest announcements, which may include messages from ampEducator, Admin, or other Staff members.
