## Checking Eligibility for Program Completion

There are two ways to check a student’s eligibility for program completion: by reviewing an individual student’s progress or by filtering all students enrolled in a program. Below are the steps for both methods:

**By Individual Student**: To check an individual student’s eligibility, navigate to **Student Profile / Academics / Programs / Audit Student Program**. Here you can view the student’s progress. If the student has completed the required components, a green 'Eligible' box will appear next to their credential status. Once confirmed, you can proceed with completing the student’s program.

**By Program**: To check eligibility for all students in a program, navigate **Program Profile /** **Students**, and **filter** by 'Eligible' in the 'Credential Status' dropdown to view all eligible students.

## Completing a Student’s Program

Once a student is confirmed as eligible, go to the **Student Profile** **/ Academics / Programs. **Then, click the **Complete Student **icon to finalize their program. Here, you can override the final grade and attendance if needed, and award the credential by checking the appropriate box. After completing the necessary details, add a **Complete Date** and click **Complete** to finalize the program. A popup will appear confirming the completion of the program and, if applicable, the awarding of the credential.
