The Communication Tools in ampEducator help you stay connected and organized by combining Announcements, Calendar events, Email, and SMS messaging all in one place. Whether you're sending updates to a group or keeping track of individual follow-ups, everything you need is built into the platform.

- **Announcements**: Post important messages that display across selected locations or user groups. You can pin them, schedule notifications, and track delivery.
- **Calendar**: Create and view personal or shared events. You can manage your own schedule, view selected staff calendars, and track tasks like follow-ups or meetings with Students and Prospects.
- **Email**: Send, receive, and track emails using your ampEducator email. Organize messages with tags, manage drafts, and view full message history, including delivery details.
- **SMS**: Send and receive text messages, with delivery and response tracking. Easily review message direction (incoming or outgoing) and view full SMS details at a glance.

Each of these tools is designed to make communication more efficient—so nothing falls through the cracks.
