These reports are ready for immediate use and provide valuable insights into various aspects of your institution’s operations. You can generate, view, download, and customize these reports to fit your specific needs. ## Institution Custom This category is where any custom reports you create with the **Report Builder**, or reports built for you by support, will appear. When uploading a document, you have the option to set an expiry date. The Document Expiry Report pulls data from these expiry dates to help you track upcoming expirations. For more details on how to set expiry dates when uploading documents, see [Students / Documents](docId\:xDRSIO3DYO7prCdKL-n9l). **Expires Parameter: **The **Expires** parameter allows you to specify a date range for document expiration. When you select an **Expires** date, you can generate a report that includes documents that have already expired or are set to expire within a defined timeframe. To configure these thresholds, see [Institution Config / Students / Academic](docId\:Lav0VG-ekp0iAqaUKl8i-). **Student Stati Parameter: **The **Student Stati** parameter is used in all Student Reports to filter data based on student enrollment status. The report will only include courses within the timeframe you specify. ### Student Attendance Marginal & Review Lists students with attendance issues, allowing you to track those who may be at risk due to excessive absences or poor attendance patterns. It is a helpful way to see which students have outstanding balances. When set, the report will include data from that date forward, up to the present. ### Student Account Marginal & Review Identifies students with outstanding balances or financial concerns, helping to track those who may require attention or intervention regarding their account status.
