Built In Reports
ampEducator offers a selection of pre-configured reports that cover key areas such as student data and financials. These reports are ready for immediate use and provide valuable insights into various aspects of your institution's operations. You can generate, view, download, and customize these reports to fit your specific needs.
This report shows all students with account balances from a selected date up to the present. It is a helpful way to see which students have outstanding balances. You can also create a group from this report to easily send emails, texts, or other communications to these students.

As of Date Parameter
The As of Date parameter allows you to specify the starting point for the data in the report. When set, the report will include data from that date forward, up to the present.

The Compliance Reports section is available only for Private Career Colleges (PCCs) in Ontario, Canada. If your institution is not set up for these reports, this section will not appear in your Reports menu. If you need access to these reports, contact [email protected] for assistance.

This section includes two reports required for PCCs in Ontario:
- KPI Report Enrollment (PCC Ontario, Canada) – Tracks student enrollment data, including details about new and returning students.
- KPI Report Graduate (PCC Ontario, Canada) – Focuses on graduate outcomes, such as program completion.
These reports help institutions meet government reporting requirements and maintain compliance with Ontario PCC regulations.
This report generates a list of students with documents that have already expired or are set to expire within a chosen timeframe.

When uploading a document, you have the option to set an expiry date. The Document Expiry Report pulls data from these expiry dates to help you track upcoming expirations. For more details on how to set expiry dates when uploading documents, see Students / Documents.
Expires Parameter
The Expires parameter allows you to specify a date range for document expiration. When you select an Expires date, you can generate a report that includes documents that have already expired or are set to expire within a defined timeframe. The range spans from expired documents to those expiring up to a year ago, giving you flexibility in tracking document statuses within the specified period.

The Student Reports section currently includes 3 reports that help track students flagged for financial, attendance, or academic concerns based on configured thresholds in the Institution Configuration settings.
Identifies students with outstanding balances or financial concerns, helping to track those who may require attention or intervention regarding their account status. To configure these thresholds, see Institution Config / Accounts / Status.
Lists students with attendance issues, allowing you to track those who may be at risk due to excessive absences or poor attendance patterns. To configure these thresholds, see Institution Config / Students / Attendance.
Displays students flagged for academic concerns, such as low grades or GPA, helping you identify those who may need academic support or intervention. To configure these thresholds, see Institution Config / Students / Academic.

Student Stati Parameter
The Student Stati parameter is used in all Student Reports to filter data based on student enrollment status. You can choose from Active, Graduated, Inactive, or Pending statuses, or select multiple options, allowing you to customize the report for specific student groups.
