## Easier Program Association Updates for Invoices
**Release Date:** August 25, 2025
You’ve always been able to link an invoice to a student’s program—now it’s much easier to update that association when needed.
Whether you're cleaning up older invoices or adjusting program links for reporting, this update makes the process faster and more flexible.
You can now update invoice–program associations in two places:
- **Home / Accounts / Invoices** for institution-wide bulk updates
- **Student profile / Account / Invoices** for individual updates
After selecting one or more invoices, click **More Actions**, then choose **Update Associated Program**.
You can either:
- Automatically associate the invoice with the student’s **primary program**
- Or select a specific program from the list of programs the student is enrolled in
Each invoice item will be updated accordingly, and the new **Associated / Program** column will reflect the changes in both views.
This is especially helpful when organizing tuition charges for accurate tax document generation.

## Auto Complete 'By All Grades Entered' for Courses
**Release Date: **August 18, 2025
You can now set a course to auto-complete a Student once all their grades have been entered—making it easier to automate course completion without needing to track it manually.
**By All Grades Entered:**
A new Auto Complete method is now available when enrolling Students or editing an existing enrollment. The course will automatically complete once all grades have been entered.
**Optional Completion Requirements:**
You can now set additional conditions for auto-completion, including:
- **Minimum Grade %**
- **Minimum Attendance Hours**
- **Minimum Engagement Hours**
If left blank, the Student will be marked as completed as soon as all grades are entered, regardless of performance or activity.
These options are available under **Courses / Students Tab** when enrolling, under **Student Profile / Academics / Courses** when editing an enrollment, and in **Students / More Actions / Enroll in Courses**.

## Reports API Now Available
**Release Date**: August 11, 2025
You can now access reports programmatically using new API endpoints. This gives you greater flexibility for automating reporting, integrating with external systems, and building custom dashboards.
What’s new:
- Retrieve available reports
- Get required report parameters
- Generate reports via API
- Download report output in supported formats
These new endpoints make it easier to pull data from ampEducator into your own reporting tools or processes.

## New: Group Status
**Release Date: **August 5, 2025
We’ve introduced a new Group Status feature to help you better organize and manage your groups across ampEducator.
- A new Status column has been added to the Groups list
- Groups can now be set to Active or Disabled
- You can filter groups by status using the filter icon
- Use More Actions / Update Group Stati to update multiple groups at once
- Disabled groups are hidden from dropdowns and filters in other areas, such as the Prospects section
This update helps keep your group lists focused and clean by hiding inactive groups from view while still preserving their history.
