In ampEducator, Admissions Advisors can be assigned to Prospects either **manually** or using the **Round Robin** automation feature—depending on how your institution prefers to manage new leads.

- **Manual Assignment**
  An Admin can assign Advisors manually or set a **default Admissions Advisor** for all new Prospects. This is helpful when assignments follow a central workflow or when Round Robin is not in use. See [Institution Config / Prospects / Advisors](docId\:SQi6ayNDEhvsr76kE7P2E).
- **Round Robin Assignment**
  Prospects are automatically distributed to Advisors based on pre-set rules, such as Program of Interest, Country of Origin, or Campus Location. This ensures fair and efficient automatic assignment. See [Institution Config / Prospects / Round Robin](docId\:j1NPoP8rfhi1CYYxD6c5z).

Once configured, either approach ensures that each new Prospect is matched with an Advisor for follow-up and conversion.
