Roles & Location Access
Adding and Managing Locations
In addition to roles, ampEducator supports multiple locations, allowing you to control access for each staff member. If your institution only uses one location, ampEducator will automatically assign the default Main Location that comes pre-defined with every new account.
If you have multiple locations, adding them to your ampEducator account, User Name / Institution Config / Locations, ensures your staff and instructors can access the information relevant to their assigned areas.
