**Prospect Tags** are a flexible way to label and organize Prospects with additional information that may not be captured in other fields. You can use tags to highlight follow-ups, track campaign engagement, or flag specific needs. These tags are fully customizable and color-coded, making it easy for your team to scan and sort Prospects quickly.

## Creating a New Prospect Tag

To create a new tag, navigate to **Institution Config / Prospects / Tags** and click the **New Tag** button.

Choose a **tag colour**, and enter the **tag name**. Once added, your tags will appear in the list and can be edited or deleted using the quick action icons to the right.
